Absolutely beautiful house, so spacious and very clean. Had the best weekend, will definitely be visiting again. Thank you .
This was a perfect setting for a 60th celebration. Excellent walks nearby, good pubs to visit and the separate games room meant people could continue to party even when others had retired to sleep. Plenty of room in the kitchen so everyone could eat together without getting in the way of the cook! It was very comfortable with two lounges so sport played in one and the other provided a board games room, for chatting and relaxing. The lawns at the back provided superb views, especially as the sunsets were awesome this weekend. So pleased we chose this venue and everyone loved it. Booked a private caterer for the evening - such a good decision. The menu was extensive, tasty and presented well. The chef arrived promptly, served on time and was discreet throughout. He cleared up afterwards and was very polite and cheerful. Thank you.
Amazing property, lovely welcome and great facilities. Highly recommended
Thanks for your kind hospitality. We had the best time and loved everything about the house and its surroundings. We are hoping to book again once we finalise a date that suits everyone. On behalf of everyone, thank you for offering us all such a wonderful time
It was really good.
As usual we have had a great stay in your top quality venue, we could not have asked for anything else.
Love to stay at Manifold farmhouse. The level of care we were shown from guest services was amazing. We were showing around the property and the heating system was pointed out and all the properties amenities. Everybody enjoyed their stay. Immensely we would all definitely return
Myself and family all thankyou for a wonderful experience staying in your wonderful house. We loved your county and hope to visit again. Thankyou
Wonderful property and all went well.
I am so impressed that you took on the feedback from my previous visit, addressed the concerns and that Margaret (who is AMAZING) took the time to highlight the changes to me. My only suggestion now is glass water jugs (the cold water tap takes a long time to run cold in the kitchen so isn't practical for filling glasses) and also more toilet paper in the shared bathrooms - 3 or 4 people sharing a bathroom with 2 toilet rolls isn't practical and also a little embarrassing when seeking out more! That is it. It was fabulous, I will be back next year. Thank you
Amazing place, we'll be back
had a fantastic week's stay at Manifold Farm House 16 family and friends plus dogs. The property was perfect, well kept and fully stocked with everything you needed, having the facility to all dine together is ideal. We had takeaway one night and the recommendations from peak venues all preformed well with correct meals for everyone. The BBQ was made use of able provided food for all with ease. Comfortable beds and surroundings made for a very pleasant stay.
We had a lovely stay this weekend. Thank you.
We very much enjoyed our weekend at Manifold Farm. The property was perfect for our group. The rooms, lounges and kitchen were lovely and well furnished and well equipped. The setting was beautiful and we supported the local pub by eating there one night which was excellent. Hope we can stay with you again.

A beautiful example of an 18th century mansion, designed by the famous architect Robert Adam, Kedleston Hall was built for Sir Nathaniel Curzon in 1765 as a house to rival Chatsworth. Intended as 'a temple of the arts' and as the location for grand entertainments, the main house was never meant to be a family home, but a show palace in which to showcase the finest paintings, sculpture and furniture. The most spectacular example of this can be seen in Lord Curzon's Eastern Museum which is brimming full of a eclectic mix of treasures he amassed whilst Viceroy of India. Outside there is a variety of long and short walking routes, perfect for all the family (dogs included) around the Pleasure Grounds and park land to enjoy.
